EZ Arms Keeper prevents acquisitions and dispositions to FFL Contacts that have expired. If the FFL Contact has an LOA Certificate from the ATF but has not yet received there new FFL number you can still acquire or dispose firearms to that FFL Contact.

Here is how:

• Go to Contacts->Edit Contacts

• Select the Contact name from the drop down to edit
• Click Find

• Select the row in the grid
• Click OK

• Change the FFL Expiration date to the LOA Expiration Date
• Click Save

Now you will be able to acquire / disposition firearms from this FFL Contact until the LOA Expiration expires or you update the FFL contact with the newly issued FFL Number.
