This error typically indicates there is a file permissions error. In other words the Windows user that is trying to open or create the Bound Book file does not have appropriate file permissions to do so.

To resolve this go to the directory location that you have the EZ Arms Keeper bound book file located.

• Right click on the directory and select properties

• Select the Security Tab

• Select the advanced tab

• Click the Change Permissions button

• Click the Add button

• Type in Everyone and Click OK

• Click the Allow Full Control Checkbox and Click Ok

• Click OK three times

Now you should have full access to the Bound Book file assuming you have appropriate network share level access permissions.

Verify that if you are using a Windows Share that you have Everyone Full Control enabled.
