• Go to File->Export->Into New Bound Book

• Select a location for the File bound book and give the bound book a name

• Click Save

That’s it. All of your bound book information has been exported to the file.

Note: For a “Normal” SQL Bound Book that is configured with a password. The password is in affect for the exported file bound book.

For a “Advanced” SQL Bound Book none of the user configuration / roles is exported with the file bound since it does not support multiple users.
